As a result of his efforts combined with those of his father, the firm’s initial focus on the sale and rental of property in the Harlem community shifted.  From 1988 to 1993, Lemor Realty experienced tremendous growth, which resulted in the establishment of a property management division in 1993. This division quickly grew to manage a portfolio of apartments in the Harlem, New York community.  Ken and his dad shifted their focus to the development of affordable rental and for sale housing in New York City primarily focusing on the Harlem Community.  They successfully developed over 600 units of for sale and rental housing throughout New York City.    In 2012 Lemor Development Group was formed with partner Harrison Raiford.  LDG focuses on work force housing development and preservation projects in the New York City region and the Southeast.  LDG is currently developing and preserving work force and moderate-income housing developments throughout the City of New York, Newark, NJ, Westchester County, NY and Clayton County, GA.  Mr. Morrison serves on several boards and community associations including; The Greater Harlem Real Estate Board where he serves as Chair, Bradhurst Merchants Association, National Association of Real Estate Brokers, 7th Avenue Mennonite Head Start and The Mid Bronx Desperados.  He holds a BA in Science and Entrepreneurship from the University of Phoenix.
