Neighborhood Technical Assistance Clinic SEEKS A PART-TIME PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR who will report to the CEO of a small home based office

CEO is seeking a Project Administrator to coordinate duties described below:

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and maintaining contracted projects and submitting proposals on line
  • Making and managing copies
  • Office maintenance and general duties
  • Data upkeep and maintenance
  • Collating small scale and mass communications
  • Arranging board meetings and taking minutes
  • Emailing and registering of workshop participants and setup electronic systems if necessary
  • Outreaching to funders and partners
  • Editing flyers and layout of training materials
  • Following up as needed with sponsors, speakers and participants of community events
  • Outreach to media and public audiences
  • Creating and organizing program flyers, contact sheets, and sign in/rsvp information
  • Maintaining and filing budgets working with bookkeeper and auditor
  • Overseeing fiscal filing and budget files
  • Maintaining master calendar of events
  • Maintaining upkeep of Office Equipment and Supplies
  • Updating Address Book and Social Media
  • Assisting with press release and articles
  • Preparing President to attend meetings as needed
  • Assisting President to communicate with project clients
  • Submitting monthly invoices to project clients
  • Submitting monthly cash receipts to Board for approval
  • Manage postage and mailings

 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 exceptional references as an honest and efficient worker
  • Candidate must have the ability to multi-task, take initiative, lead work, and follow-up on project without being ordered
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and General Computer competency
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to draft letters, flyers and communicate efficiently
  • Courteous, pleasant and professional
  • Available to work at least 10 – 15 hours per week
  • Candidate must be willing to maintain an excellent, flexible work schedule
  • Ability to create documents, reports, and flyers
  • Familiarity with proposal and budget creation
  • Must be familiar with social media
  • Non-Smoker
  • No Perfume
  • Proficient in English

Salary:

  • $15.00- $20.00 per hour working a flexible 10-15 hrs per week
